I wanted to add a day to day entry of my internship experience, but I decided that the best thing would be to live the experience and then make a small entry on how this experience had changed my life and impacted it. Each day I wrote on a little notepad a small list of things that made me happy about the day, I realised by the end of the practicum that what had made me the most ecstatic was to help students. When I entered inside the classroom I always thought of my younger self and tried to remember what things would have made my English classes much more interesting. The reward of helping others while teaching is just priceless. Nobody warns you before teaching that you not only will become a teacher but a guide to your students, as us teacher's are there to help academically but also ensure the wellbeing of all of our students. By guiding them and supporting them we will give them the tools to achieve any of the dreams they may set themselves to achieve in the future. We are there to make them believe and reach their objectives so that their dreams may come a reality.
